great widget! if you go into notepad or something and just randomly start attacking the keyboard without actually typing anything more than:

"sladgihaegfuisdgn;dfnguvnjoernguiopavuiotwehcrq2n03v85v89rnyt-9 mruiopsdhybzeugo[bgjwerpuigsmuk;ty"

then you can get up into the hundreds of words per minute by standard mode... the characters per minute seems rather difficult to max out cuz my computer won't recognize the full 1300 keystrokes per minute oddly enough....

This is great. But it would be really nice if it was possible to change the size and colour, and it is a shame that when you use it in type anywhere mode you lose the ability to reset it. It is depressing to see it slowly slide back to 0 when you stop typing...

Great widget. Starting to get freeze up problems though. Might be a Konfabulator thing, but it will correctly measure the input for a while and then suddenly it will freeze on some number. This happens very randomly. I can't pinpoint the problem so I can't give any more helpful input (sorry!) But I will say that I'm using type anywhere mode and version 1.5.2 of the widget with version 2.1.1 of Konfabulator on Windows XP Pro SP2.

I'm not posting this to your email address because the point of this comments system is that it is visible to all. The DLL is written in Visual Basic 6 and the source code is included in the Widget bundle. I don't extract the Widget to the Application Data folder, that is done by the Konfabulator engine as it does with every Widget you ever load.
