systemDashboard - Memory Monitor

by Justin Pulsipher

The sixth in the systemDashboard series, the Memory Monitor has up to six different monitor graphs, each of which can be customized to show any combination of Virtual Memory, Physical Memory, or the free drive space of any of the drives on your computer. The color of each graph changes from green to yellow to red gradually as the amount of free memory decreases. You can change which monitors are running at any time by right clicking on the Widget and selecting "Select Monitors".

Requires an installed BSD subsystem if you're on a Mac.

The best System Monitor out there. It's awesome.
You should write one for Hard Drive Activity with the capability to have at least 6 drives.
    Keep up the great work!!!!!!!

Quite nice, tidy and elegant. I am looking for a system monitor that can run from the dash. It's a shame this one just has a static picture on its dash, because the widget itself can made small enough to fit in the dash space for the widget, just it won't stay on top of the dock (without being on top of all my windows). Anyone know one like this? Also would like to see options to invert the bars, so they show used space etc, and go red when getting full.

I have 4 of your widgets (Memory, CPU, Wireless, and Battery), and I love them. The only problem I've had with any of them is that I cannot choose my Monitors after the first time it ran. It's not a huge problem, since I have all the ones I need already, but in the future I might need to add/remove something.

If it's only me having the problem, then I guess there is nothing anyone can do. I'm running XP by the way.

I am using the clock, CPU and Memory system dashboard widgets. All of these are very clean, and do not over-power the desktop. I especially like the fact that I can change size/color/opacity on all of them as well. One other review I read asked for a dual core CPU meter on a future build, I will agree in asking for the same. Keep up the great work!!!
