I run SUDOKU-SOLVER 2.5 from Heads-Up display. As an example of previous comment, please see the attached... Ooops, guess I can't cut-and-paste into this comments area. On a nearly completed second row of large squares, a naked single 5 was allowed to be selected as an 8, putting 2 8's in that large square and 2 8's in the same row. I cannot paste a screen shot into this comment area, but it's relatively easy to duplicate. Once "broken", you can sometimes "UNDO&quo…t; the error and continue. At other times, the elimination of candidates does not occur, and you could select the same number 6 or more times within a large square and throughout the rest of the puzzle, depending.

I love this SUDOKU-SOLVER, but wish I could optionally disable seeing the candidates altogether. Just discovered Plotboi's option. That'll work! More

I've been using this for quite a while quite a few times a day and love it but have been having some problems just recently I think. First I started getting more that didn't work to finish and assumed it was me but then I noticed that the point of the finger isn't really the selection point - OK, just be more carefull and select what I really want. With more checking however I have found occasional major program errors. Several times with only one possibility left for a square I h…ave clicked on it but gotten a different number - perhaps the invisible one below but no way I pointed to the wrong number. Undo and redo seemed to get the correct number. I have even seen a couple times where I have somehow ended up the the same number in adjacent squares, in the same row, and in the same box - I wouldn't think this would be allowable. I won't stop using this but am getting a bit frustrated occasionally. I looked at other Sudoku widgets and prefer this format. Keep More

I love the 16x16 version. Like Wee Pee I do like Arevalo's interface better. I would also ask that the 16x16 have a "checkboard" grid like the 9x9 version. Having a "Dark Column" and a "light column" makes it a little difficult to tell where the squares end. Also I would like to be able to remove the "Hint" button in the preferences. And maybe a minimize/Rolup/Boss Button.

For holacomovai - Check the options. Have you selected Plotboi's Option?
For Red - That is normal operation.
For both - Right click on the widget and choose "Help".
