Not all random generators are created equal. Mathematicians know all about this, I do not.

For information on this particular generator, go to http://www.honeylocust.com/RngPack/ . There you will find specs and comparrisons that are waaaay over my head.

This generator would be for those interested in an "industrial strength" generator. Purely geek stuff.
