BlessedTo keep it from disappearing, right click over the Lady Bug and select "Widget Preferences" then click on the "General Tab" and select "Front" from the drop down menu. Then click on the "Window tab" and select "keep on top of other windows." Easy as that. She will never disappear unless you close the program or restart your computer (in which case just reopen the widget.
